A highly addictive, delicious and complex blend of flavours, made from field ripened Kaitaia chillies, carefully smoked with Manuka (New Zealand native tea tree)

Serving Suggestions:

• Use to flavour coconut milk for a delicious sauce to serve with vegetable fritters, potato wedges, and chicken.
• Add to mayonnaise or cream cheese and serve as a dip or spread for club sandwiches, baked potato topping or piquant accompaniment to seafood and quiche.
• A dash of the chilli chutney adds a smokey flavoured zing to stir-fries, soups, sauces and casserole.
• Excellent dabbed on poached egg.
• Add to sparerib marinade for a delicious hot smokey flavour.
• Delicious dotted on pizza bases.
